“Confirm” literally means to “make strong.” When we are confirmed in the church, we are “made strong” in our faith as we become full members of the church. The season of confirmation is a time to prepare for your baptism (if you are not already baptized) and confirm that baptism as you prepare for a lifetime of following Jesus Christ.
- Confirmation is for students in 6th and 7th grade and any youth who have not been baptized or confirmed.
